Requirement and Application:

Flyaway is Ku-band, single unit for uplink, MPEG-2/H.264 AVC, DVB-S/S2 international standards, with the ability to transmit HD/SD TV.
This System is lightweight, easy to carry. Not only is it suitable for various modes of transportation, but it can be deployed very quickly in various climates and geographic environment.
It is widely used for news gathering or HD/SD TV transmission for disaster or emergency places where DSNG vehicles are hard to reach, or used as a backup for DSNG Vans.
 

Features:

1.  Two rolling cases and one suitcase, easy to carry, lightweight and portable.

2.  AVL 9066K extra lightweight flyaway antenna, featured by Carbon fiber, 90 × 66cm reflector, 18KG, contained in a backpack, easy to assemble and disassemble.

3.  Tractar auto-acquisition controller, with fast reliable one button push auto-acquisition.

4.  CPI’s new generation of Ku-band 200watt outdoor TWT high power amplifier, environmentally sealed, 11KG, with quick disconnect flanges at RF output that improves installation speed and reliability.

5.   MPEG-2/H.264 HD / SD, DVB-S/DVB-S2, data rates up to 45Msps.

6. The suitcase contains Encoder & Modulator, Integrated receiver, antenna controller as well as Patch Panel.

7. An optional "One Button Control" Handheld Intelligent Operation System that achieves centralized control of each equipment included in the system. It concentrates daily operations in several main interfaces and increase efficiency by reducing operation steps and storing parameter configurations.
