Antenna System Retrofit

Requirement and application：

Most of the large earth stations in China have been in operation for more than twenty years, the performance of which is far from current technology standard. Antenna system retrofit is a good way to improve the antenna tracking accuracy and system reliability. The idea is nowadays widely accepted by the industry in China.
Antenna system retrofit is suitable for any uplink antenna of broadcast TV earth stations.

Features：

1.  The antenna control system consists of outdoor antenna drive unit and indoor remote control unit.

2.  The antenna control unit has orbit forecast tracking function.

3.  The optimized tracking software can effectively extend the life of the antenna structure, with the highest tracking accuracy among its peers.

4.  The antenna control unit can achieve 3-axis control, azimuth axis and elevation axis with two-speed adjustment and pol with single-speed adjustment.

5. Tracking accuracy：Step tracking mode: 10% better than 3dB Beam Width (Receiving)

                         Orbit forecast tracking mode: 5% better than 3dB Beam Width (Receiving)

6.  Outdoor antenna drive unit has a small controller with display, which can show axis angles and signal strength and provide emergency brake.
